Charlie Wilson didn't call his entire female staff "jail bait" - neither in the movie nor in the book. "Jailbait" was the nick-name of a single character played by Shiri Appleby.
That has been bugging me for a while now, after reading 5 separate articles about the movie, "Charlie Wilson's War".
